Commonly Asked Questions:
-
What is a Real Estate
Virtual Assistant?
A real estate virtual
assistant is an individual
working to provide service
and support to real estate
professionals.
-
Is there a difference
between a Virtual Assistant
and an Employee?
Yes. Virtual
assistants are independent
contractors or rather
"self-employed". Think
of your on-site
administrative office
assistant. We are one
of the same, however we work
from a remote location,
utilize our own equipment,
and free you and your
business from the burden of
employee/employer expenses.
-
What services can a Virtual
Assistant offer me?
Services rendered depend
primarily on the Virtual
Assistant and what their
experience level is.
Here at Virtual real estate
Business Specialties, we are
highly trained and have a
strong knowledge base of
many real estate software
programs, website hosting
companies, databases, and
offer expertise in everyday
software like Microsoft
Word, Publisher, PowerPoint,
and Excel. Click here
for a list of real estate
services.
-
What
if I do not see my service
listed on your website?
If you do not see your
service listed, please
contact us. The list
provided on our website may
not be complete nor updated.
If it is not a service that
we have provided before, we
will take the time to learn
the things necessary to
perform the duties.
Learning time is
"non-billable". We
certainly welcome the
opportunity to bring aboard
new services to our support.
-
What is considered billable
and non-billable items?
Our company only charges for
work requested and time
spent on the projects at
hand. We do not charge
for miscellaneous items such
as incoming/outgoing emails
to the clients, telephone
calls requiring little time,
or office supplies that we
use for ourselves. We
also do not change for the
time it takes us to become
familiar with a certain
software never used before.
-
Is there a working Contract?
Virtual real estate Business
Specialties does require a
signed contract. The
contract entails a
description of
services/support agreed
upon, retainer hours, hourly
rate/retainer rate and start
date. There is no
"fine print". Our
contract is individualized
to each client and the few
conditions include the
return check fee of $30.00
and a 30-day termination
notice from either party.
-
How soon can I start using
your company?
As soon as you would like.
You are welcome to call or
email your inquiry and we
will promptly respond to
your request.
-
What if I am unhappy with
your companies services?
For starters, we guarantee
satisfaction. In the
case of an unsatisfied
client, we discuss the
issues at hand, take a new
approach, and try to rectify
the situation. If
there is still an issue, it
is in our best interests to
terminate the contract.
Please note, we do not
refund for payments already
processed. Refunding
could cause potential
problems for those
individuals wanting
something for free and
working the system to
accomplish it.
